Packet capture under 2 min with IPHONE AND WLANPI

Checkout my video on youtube:

Hookup your wlanPI do the network ( to use it as a sensor)

We use its wlan0 adapter for captures so we cannot connect to its wireless side.

1)

Open the Airtool PI APP on your iPhone and select your sensor (wlanpi) to get automatically discovered (also over different subnets) if not enter its IP address.

2) Select the WlanPi sensor

3)Select the channel you want to capture on and Start and stop when you done

4) Select the Pcap and send it off to your MacBook using Airdrop do analyze it

5) Open the file in Wireshark and start analyzing

That’s it your done and can start the analyzing part.
